Guest Booking Terms and Conditions

Direct bookings with Quinta de Fermil are processed through the Ynnov booking and channel management platform.

For reservations made more than 30 days before the stay date, a 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required via bank transfer.

For reservations made within 30 days or less of the stay date, 100% of the booking amount must be paid via bank transfer.

Payment must be made within 2 days of booking; otherwise, the reservation may be canceled.

Note: If the payment deadline is missed, you must contact our team to restart the booking process. However, we cannot guarantee the same accommodation or price will be available.

The remaining 50% balance (when applicable) must be paid no later than 8 days before check-in, also via bank transfer. We reserve the right to refuse check-in if the full booking amount is not paid.

Please carefully review your booking details and payment confirmations. In case of any errors or questions, contact us as soon as possible.

Reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb) may be subject to different policies, although we aim to align them with our own.

After payment confirmation, a contract is established between Quinta de Fermil and the guest. This contract obliges us to provide the accommodation as described. Please note that the information and images on our website and booking platforms are for illustrative purposes.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 14 days before the date of arrival

We deliver a voucher for the total amount delivered, to be redeemed in full for a stay or stays, to be booked on any date with availability, within 6 months.

13 dias até 5 dias, antes da data de entrada

We will give you a voucher for 50% of the total amount paid, to be deducted in full from your stay or stays, to be booked on any date with availability, within 6 months.

04 or less before the date of entry

No voucher will be issued.

We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Fires;
  • Adverse weather conditions;
  • Criminal acts;
  • Transportation disruptions.

Booking Prices

Prices include applicable taxes and vary seasonally. Only one promotion can be applied per booking. The agreed price will be the one indicated at the time of booking and confirmed via email.

The price includes:

  • Accommodation for the maximum number of guests stated in the booking.
  • Access to amenities described on the website.

The price does not include:

  • Additional services or amenities not listed (subject to extra costs and availability).

Guest Information

The person making the reservation must be part of the guest group unless otherwise agreed. The name, date of birth, and address of each group member must be provided before the stay. Failure to provide this information may result in booking cancellation without refund.

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the stay. At least one adult must be present in each booked accommodation unit.

Check-In and Remaining Payments

Quinta de Fermil does not accept on-site cash payments for any outstanding balances. All pending amounts must be settled no later than 8 days before check-in.

Details regarding check-in, location, and arrival times will be sent via email before your arrival.

Conditions During the Stay

The guest is responsible for the behavior of all group members. Illegal, offensive, or otherwise prohibited actions will result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

Security and Liability

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings.

We recommend locking vehicles and avoiding leaving valuables in plain sight.

In case of fire or other emergencies, follow local instructions.

Maintenance

We periodically carry out maintenance work on our facilities. While we strive to minimize disruptions, no compensation will be offered for inconveniences that occur during your stay.

Pets

Well-behaved pets are welcome. We reserve the right to require additional safety measures, such as leashing, or to request the removal of the pet if it is deemed dangerous or disruptive.

Departure

Guests must vacate the accommodation by 11:00 AM on the check-out day.
